About Teresa Guajardo, MA, LMP
Teresa has been helping others heal for 15 years. She provides individual, couples, and family counseling for adults and youth. Her background as a Licensed Massage Practitioner and as a Mental Health Counselor has uniquely qualified her to provide holistic, integrative services for you. Teresa has extensive study and continuing education in both massage and psychotherapy.
Her specialized massage education includes CranioSacral and SomatoEmotional Release Therapy through the Upledger Institute and Strain/Counterstrain technique through Port Townsend School of Massage. She is certified in IntraOral Massage techniques.
Her specialized counseling education includes treatment of sexual abuse survivors through Monarch Children’s Justice and Advocacy Center and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Recognition) for adults and children through the EMDR International Association.
